Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu is an awesome anime. But only if you know what they are talking about. But when a fansub group makes this sort of mistake, I’m not sure if I can recommend it to anyone anymore.

wrong in more than one place, lol
there is no double “i”, the title is written in hiragana and not katakana, the “–” that is usually used to further elongate the last sound in kata is not there. and I doubt it was mistaken for “~”. of course Sa ≠ Cha
“oni~san” is the correct way.
everyone in all parts of the fansubbing process should understand basic japanese.
it is a pretty bad mistake as this is something, a 1st semester student taking japanese would catch.
