Its Tanabata today. But more importantly, its Hiiragi Tsukasa and Hiiragi Kagami’s birthday today! Feel free to send them presents!

Tsukasa grew a bit this year. Much to Kagamin’s despair.

So Konata brought her out on a date to cheer her up

Because I didn’t have a bamboo, I could only put a piece of cardboard outside the house and hang a strip of paper on it. Since Orihime and Hikoboshi are Japanese, I needed to write it in Japanese so they would understand. I wonder if it will take 25 years for my wishes to come true…

I thought Tanabata doesn’t follow Gregorian calendar? Or it doesn’t matter nowadays?

Yes the Japanese Tanabata follow the Gregorian Calendar. Not the Chinese Qixi though.
