173 I have recently finished the 4th volume of the Suzumiya Haruhi light novel series, The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi. I must say, it’s the best book so far that I’ve read in the series. However, like any other serial story, this book is worthless if you haven’t read the 3 other books before it.

Verdict? Recommended, if you have read the first 3 books.
